I, Mr./ Ms. hereby promise to abide by all set of rules, regulations, practices and policies of College of Central State. I declare that all the certificate and statement provided here are true and authentic. If there is any mistake, I will be fully responsible, for that I will always be ready to accept any action taken by the college management against me. In case of misconduct and misdeed, I am liable to being expelled from college, or my admission could be cancelled at any time.

I, Mr./ Ms. Father/Mother/Guardian of the applicant undertake the responsibilities of making him/her an ideal, sincere and disciplined student. I apply to enroll the person mentioned above as a student of College of Central State. I undertake to pay the entire required fee on time and clear of all the dues. If college found any misdeed, breach of rules and regulations, and any other, I will have no objection to any action taken by the college management against him/her.

Code of Conduct

1. Maintain your college uniform properly without any excuse.

2. Get into the College Compound before 6:10am. More than 5 minute's delay would be itself expulsions from the classes & after 20 minutes delays will be sent back to home.

3. Get your hair cut properly. Don't color your hair unnaturally.

4. Attend your classes silently and attentively.

5. Respect your teachers and school staff sincerely. Behave them in a civilized way.

6. No leave would be granted without written consent of your respective guardians.

7. Attend all your classes without any excuse.

8. If any teacher expels any student out of his/her class in case of violation of discipline, college administration shall be forced to take a serious disciplinary action.

9. Students are not allowed to enter Hotel, Restaurants, Cinema Hall, Park, Shopping hall etc. in school dress during school time. If found not following this rule, students will be caught from the places and submitted to a nearby police station by the stakeholders and disciplinary actions will be taken.

10. All types of ornaments are prohibited to put on except some religious signs.

11. Destruction of the college property shall seriously be penalized.

12. Please collect your ID cards as soon as possible. You won't be allowed to get into the college premises without the college ID card.

13. College administration can check the bags and pockets at any time.

14. Teachers shall not allow any student in their classes 5 minutes later than the classes start.

15. Teachers can expel the students out of their classes if they are found without books and copies.

16. More than 10 days' absenteeism in the college without any justifiable reason, the student shall himself/herself be erased from the college attendances.

17. Destruction of college property specially, Windows, Doors, Books, Desk & Benches and Sport Materials would be seriously penalized.

18. The service holder students should submit a valid document clearly stating the institution they work and their duty time for the job card.

19. Students are not allowed to drink and smoke any types of drugs during school hours, if found breaching these rules, the students will be restricted instantly.

20. Students are highly discouraged not to be involved in social media regarding: making groups, creating memes, trolls, creating unnecessary activities etc.

21. Students are strictly prohibited to be involved in any types of fighting, group fights or political organizations. If found breaching these rules, the students will be restricted instantly.

22. Students are not allowed to be involved in any types of organization without permission of college administration.

23. Contact the academic coordinator for the academic issues, any types of complaints and problems in a systematic way with formal application.

24. Students are required to refrain from all forms of bullying, misbehavior and sexual harassment.

25. Students are not allowed to bring chewing gum, chocolate, lollipop or any sorts of food material & Mobile phones to the college premises.
