Responsibilities:

1. Support the lead teacher in delivering daily lessons and classroom activities for Grade 1 students.
2. Assist in preparing teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom displays.
3. Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for young children.
4. Provide individual support to students who need extra help in reading, writing, or classroom tasks.
5. Supervise students during class, breaks, and school activities to ensure safety and discipline.
6. Assist with classroom management, attendance, and maintaining student records.
7. Communicate effectively with the lead teacher and participate in meetings, training, and school events.

Qualification:

Minimum intermediate degree with at least 1 year of Montessori training or work-related experience
